As we all know USPS stands for United States Postal Service which is an independent agency by the United States Government that which was established in the year 1971.
They're the biggest, but their tracking of packages in most cases is virtually useless. Days after ordering it's still not acknowledged as in their hands - just that there has been "electronic notification" of an impending pickup. This message lasts for days - often for hours After delivery. Further, "delivery confirmation" only proves that the bar-code was scanned, not that the package was delivered to the Correct address, nor does it mean we've received our package.
I've been burned too many times, suffered their "tracking" far too often, and had too many packages never arrive - consider me an expert.
