Social media is one of the most measurable and engaging online compliments of marketing tools available. With that said social media is a rabbit hole that entire teams can dive down. I suspect that from time to time we all succumb to this kind of lack of focus. Like everything else we do in business, social media should be a tool used with a specific purpose in mind.
