Great article you have shared here mate :) Handling customers is not that easy and requires some serious effort and patience to keep them happy. The four things you have mentioned in the article are must no to say to your customers as it will freak them out and make them leave.

I don't think I would write anything based on the idea you suggested. It's the best way to alienate my audience. ;-)
