No, they don't. However, if a review is false you will need to categorize it as such when you contact Yelp about it. However, it's best that you first register on Yelp and claim your business. Then you can proceed in contacting Yelp about any false reviews.

Does Yelp have a way of confirming that the reviewers have actually dealt with the company being reviewed - so the likelihood of ulterior motives are less?
