Hi Ti,

As with many things social (as you well know! :), it will truly depend on the individual small business. Depending on the industry, target market, etc. some or all of these ideas could be effective. The best thing for small businesses to do is to try many different ideas and then test/track to see which prove most effective for reaching their target market.
