Great job! Very insightful look at community managers. You speak of passion, being a people-person, bringing people together and uniting. Sounds like a person with these qualities could do wonders toward helping an online community grow.

It seems that the opposite characteristics could really have a detrimental effect and cause stagnancy for an online community that seemingly has great potential for growth and participation.
