On Tuesday, the popular image-driven social network released a web analytics tool that will give marketers and social media managers a basic look at how their pinned images are received by their followers. Before this update, to see information on how specific pins were performing, marketers would use third-party systems such as Curalate or Pinfluencer. This analytics addition within the Pinterest site itself is free to use and available to those accounts with a verified website. The analytics give valuable information such as impressions, reach, clicks, visitors, and more.
