I like the idea of turning conversations into conversions. This concept really seems to be much easier said than done, however, it is possible if you have the right finesse. So, what did General Motors do with the $10 million dollar advertising budget that they had reserved for Facebook? Where did they spend the money? By the way: How is this company doing anyway? How many times have they been given hand-outs by the State?

To be fair, businesses like GM MUST advertise or they fail. :)
