Some great suggestions there! Facebook is a great communications tool so It doesn't have to be all about Sales and Marketing, It's also easy to do customer service and research, in fact for a lot of small companies, I think this can sometimes be the way to go. In other words, market indirectly rather than directly on Facebook.
