Hi Heather,

It really depends on your target market (when are they on Facebook?) but peak time for Facebook traffic is Monday-Thursday 1-4 PM. Weekends are pretty dead, so if you have something important to share, do it during the week.

That's why having a schedule like this is good. You can start to see patterns as to when your posts get the most attention.
