Earlier this month, I ran a course called ‘Social Media – beyond the basics’ at York University, as part of the university’s Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programme for business leaders and professionals.

This course is designed to help business people understand how social media can have a positive impact for them and their organisation. Delegates can learn and implement practical social media skills, which are tailored to their business. (A short email survey I sent round prior to the course helped me to tailor the content accordingly so it was as useful as possible to delegates.)
