Public relations, as defined by two famous journalists in the early 1900s – American Ivy Ledbetter Lee and Austrian-American Edward Louis Bernays— is a management factor which disseminates positive information, mostly involving strategic moves to establish a mutual beneficial relationship between an individual or an organization and the public.
