When used optimally, social media should overlap with every viable company initiative and every willing individual. If we eliminate one of these factors, it would be like putting a puzzle together with a piece missing – we won’t have the full picture.

Rachel: You are right about that. I saw the challenges as an employee (purchaser and cost analysts) and I specialized in organizational leadership in my business administration studies at Southern New Hampshire University.

Rachel: I think that the matter of eliminate silos is of crucial importance for an organization. You often stumble upon friction between different departments and if you don't have an integrated communication throughout the organization, you will end up with problems.
