"The business case for using Twitter" is something every business owner who wants to grow their business and promote their brand needs to look at again and again. You'll still hear the social media critics out there talking about how this stuff doesn't work, but the numbers just need to be considered here. What's the downside of getting your business in front of so many people? The upside must be more customers, clients, and referrals!
