I would think reputation management would be pretty important for most businesses, but I can certainly see where the value of reputation in the hospitality industry or almost any service industry would be particularly important.

Heather: I agree with your statement that reputation management should be pretty important to the players in the hospitality industry. The thing is that you as a restaurant customer and hotel guest could now spread the good word in an easy way, reaching plenty of potential customers.
