There are an incredible amount of businesses that recognize the power of Facebook's user base but have no idea how to create a useful fan page. I'll be the first to admit that I haven't devoted much time to Facebook. I touch on two examples, Toyota and Mad Play, that are using Facebook to add value to the brand and increase pull marketing.
