Although it's bad for business when you say NO to a customer, there are just cases when saying NO would do you more good than harm. So, yeah, I agree. I you have a client/customer that's too demanding and unrealistic when it comes to their demands, you must have to let him/her go.

if you are not willing to take risk can you even call yourself an entrepreneur? The last one in your article is the one that requires lot of courage. Most entrepreneurs are loath to firing their customers for the risk of losing sales, but sometimes you have to take that hard decision and let go of the customers who are more trouble than they are worth. Those who are able to do this stand to succeed eventually.
