Handling and managing a small business may sometimes overwhelm you. We tend to be more focus on the talking, discussions and giving out of ideas. One of the culprits of business failure is the act of speaking more and listening less. We inculcate and demand hard work for our small business and keep it working but we failed to listen to whatever your business is saying. It is important to stop and spend time to listen. You can organize activities such as journaling, meditating and getting away from your computer. Clear your mind by taking a brief walk and think about your business from a top perspective. Think about your client, about your business and about your products and services. What are the hidden needs? What are lacking? Think of something that your business may complain about if only it can speak.
