As a leadership coach I know that there are a number of things that leaders can do to create more productive work environments, including establishing policies and procedures, setting an example, and engaging in regular communication and discussion with employees to name a few.

What I’d like to discuss in this article is another way to build productive work environments – sharing and caring. It’s one of the central elements to an effective leadership training program.
