How To Lead With Impact?

Lead with impact, in one concept, that among other is very elusive! Leadership is all about impact. But the real question, here, is the following: how to influence a lot of people in order to better their lives and those of the others? How you can make things change? Or, how to make things, different (better!), influence a lot of people to change small bits of their lives, towards a much better society (world, maybe!).

The answer is not always an easy one! In its core, lays one crucial element, taunting, for long time now, the limits of our understanding; the one that defines the how you (I, We [!]) can lead with impact, providing a positive mental and emotional balance sheet, towards ourselves and our society?

Takis: Speaking as a citizen journalist I am a pessimist due to the fact that the situation is pretty bad, but philosophically I am an optimist because I know that we have reality on our side and better ideas will win out in the long run.

First duty: Enable anyone who want to rise above his/hers previous expectation, 2) Help anyone who want it, 3) Forget present situation! (up to the moment you can transform it to something positive for many, many people)[i.e. build the vision and strategy] 4)Navigate, everyone in the direction he/she want to be (even if you have problem with the destination! you can always make modifications in the course!!!), 5) Create the conditions, for others, to thrive, move and proceed, 6) acknowledge that out best ideas and reality, maybe, is not part of the life agenda of others! 7) therefore, >>> modified it (your vision about present and future situation) in order for you to be able to deliver something of value (for him/her/culture/society/...).

Aftermath>>> I'm an optimist! Because I design the future I would like to inhabit in! (Cogito ergo sum, perhaps! and for now!!!)!

I believe we would see small changes by leaders during 2014, that eventually would summon up to something new! If not withing 2014, within 2 or 3 years.

My favorite philosophical newsletter is called Impact! My vision is a second renaissance that will have a huge impact on the (business) culture. I am striving for this goal by spreading better ideas in the areas of business philosophy and new media. It is time for the new intellectuals to take the initiative and lead for a brighter future!
