Hi Elli,

Ah, yes, the SWOT analysis. I've seen more of these than I'd care to admit in more formal business planning settings. Of course, the basic elements of a SWOT should be present even in the most informal analysis of a business idea. Knowing the strengths and weaknesses of a venture puts you one step closer to determining whether it is right for you.

Hi Heather,

The SWOT analysis is certainly everywhere! But, for good reason, as you pointed out. The questions aren't really complicated and the data one gathers makes the decision process so much easier in the long run.
