I was so glad to find this awesome post recently in the BizSugar community and wanted to thank you for standing the traditional business plan on its head! It's really tough to figure out what customers are going to do with a new product or service anyway. That's why coming up with projections at the beginning of the process seems a little crazy. It's like raising children. You can make all kinds of elaborate plans about what they're going to be when they grow up or you can just wait and see. Oh, wow. Just made another analogy, didn't I?
