Yeah I totally agree Shawn! In this day, you have to be nimble and quick. I just see so many companies get bogged down in fear of change and risk, yet, risk is what formed the company in the first place - most likely.

Too many so many companies feel this way, Shane, since emerging markets often developed through new technology and innovation are the key to the future of most businesses. Increasingly, if you're doing exactly the same thing next year you are doing this year you are likely to be in trouble...at least in the long run
