Relationship Marketing is a concept that some might have trouble grasping and some of you might be wondering what it’s all about. But my friend Wade Harman (who is also a guest blogger here) knows this topic inside-out. He hosts a weekly show on Google+ and has interviewed the most well known social media and search engine marketers on the planet including Jay Baer, Mark Schaefer, Rand Fishkin, Chris Brogan and even little ole me.

Blogging is an art. Writing an interesting piece of content is only half of the battle, the rest half is to engage the readers with your blog. A blogger must follow these guidelines in order to leave an impression that lasts forever.

Re. point 8, "foucus on your peers." How do you consider an individual to be a peer?

Great question Martin. Your peers travel in the same crowds you travel in. For example, most of the members of BizSugar would be a good place to start - but if you see that they are sharing and voting for your content then that is even better. Groups on Facebook, LinkedIn and Google+ are great places to find your peers as well.

Ileane: Do you know when Relationship Manifesto will be published? I am in the process of creating a study circle / adult education class together with a friend a business partner, on business networking and conversational marketing. It is an integrated approach on referral marketing and new media, offline and online.
