It’s a good thing 13-year-old Kyla LoPresti can remember her dreams. She can thank one of them for her early taste of literary success.
The Bailey Middle School student has written and published her first novel, about a teenage girl who is reincarnated and experiences flashbacks of her earlier life. The story is based upon what Kyla calls a “creepy dream” she had.
She self-published the 260-page book, “Flashback,” and it’s selling on Amazon.com. She has sold about 80 copies, mainly to local students and kids at a relative’s school, but two people from the United Kingdom have ordered, too.
