This is a great post and you a truly have a fantastic title. It caught my eye as I was scrolling through titles on BizSugar. I completely agree with you, especially the not being boring point you made. Nothing's worse than coming across a boring, monotone blog post with no personality.
I make it a point to consistently infuse my personality in all of my post and make sure I make it entertaining for my readers. That's one of the best ways to grab and keep your visitors attention.
