Change management zooms up to the top of a company’s priorities when an acquisition happens, and new customers and staff come on board, and a variety of cultural and working styles have to be adjusted to by the companies concerned. This is because roles change, responsibilities get re-defined and the prevailing business model changes in its entirety. But change management can also be top of the agenda in other less wrenching change as well.
