I'm sorry, but to clarify, it's citation, not quotation :)

Google's algorithm today can rank search results based on how popular the search term is - even if it's not linked.

Here's a good learning resource: https://moz.com/learn/seo/local-citations

Please note that citation works wonder for local SEO, but perhaps not so much for general SEO. But still...
