Good points, Gautam! I think there are a lot of Very Good bloggers I've read on BizSugar that haven't reached "star" status, but their material is always excellent. Would you describe these individuals as "over-performers" who haven't attained stardom, since their material is way above "average" level?

Yes, I would describe them as overperformers. They will eventually achieve a "star" status.
