Cloud computing is making it possible for businesses to implement software and technology services in a variety of ways. These solutions can be accessed via a network instead of being fixed to specific physical servers. The general three types of cloud systems are public, private and hybrid clouds. Depending on the kind of data you’re working with, and the setup of your organization, the features offered with each category can help you determine the best fit for the unique needs of your business.

Very interesting and informative article. I've not gotten "hip" to cloud technology but I can tell from what I've read that it's definitely something that I should get privy too sooner rather than later. What would be your number one suggestion to someone just getting started with The Cloud?

Interesting post. I think businesses today have enough trouble wrapping their heads around the concept of the cloud period before even starting to decide what kind of cloud service is right for them. Mt big question would be, is there a way to turn this question on its head? In other words, starting with your specific business and your specific needs, how do you decide what kind of cloud service will work best for you? Any thoughts?
