On Saturday, I traveled to New York City with my chief photographer, my wife, and was fitted with my very own Google Glass. This slideshow on Internet Evolution documents the experience. It was a fun day, let's put it that way and Google made it feel like a special adventure.

So far I've been using it in a deliberate way, not wearing it on a regular basis. It takes some getting used to, especially with my glasses. I'm not sure if it makes sense for me to work on them all day given I'm in front of my computer most of the day anyway. But it has definite use cases. I was just thinking it would be great to wear it to make a hands-free video and narrate what you're seeing as one example.

Ron: Looking sharp! Do you think it will take some time to get use to the "glass"es in your daily worklife?

It wasn't cheap, over $1600 with sales tax. It retails for $1500. I was chosen from the If I had Glass contest in February. I had to Tweet what I would do if I had Glass. I said I would write about it on a regular basis, so along with the celebrities who were chosen, for some reason they chose me too.

Wow.I really dreaming to have that one since I ever watched the video. It's so amazing. Does it have too much cost?
