Ivan: You are probably right about that. I like the way Apple is doing business, so they should stick with what they are comfortable with.

Ivan: That it is a pretty cool idea! I would like to add things to my phone for my podcasting sessions. Wouldn't be a smart move by iPhone that has one type of platform and shape? Or, are they stuck in pushing out a new version every 6 - 12 month?

I don't think Apple would take the Phonebloks path. "Customizability" is not Apple's game, IMO.
