How To Do a Simple Marketing Check Up
"Good list! Following your examples with the car mechanic and dentist the marketing check-up should also be done by an outside expert source. Surely it doesnt hurt to check on things yourself but I imagine that many will miss minor vital things or lose sight of the bigger overall picture (like you mentioned with prices of the competition). Especially customer feedback is important, so a short customer survey should be done every 6 months or so."
