How Perfect Business Co-Founder Dan Bliss Is Getting People To Pay For Content
"I must say I was disappointed that there was no written content to go with the video/audio. Not all of us can watch/listen to content and some of us prefer to read it. The information in the text portion was mostly commercial. I remember when a few months back it was suggested to offer my blog posts as podcasts as well as the printed text for those with visual difficulty. This could be along the same lines with reading sites from a mobile device that doesn't offer video capability or if the audio is not convenient to listen to. I have a limited bandwidth to do my reading/catching up on new info and this current trend towards video only is costing those who have adopted it my attention. I doubt I'm alone in this. Just something to consider."11 Free Tools Every Entrepreneur Should Use
"I agree. I tried Constant Contact and then Vertical Response for doing my newsletters and so far, Mail Chimp has to be the superstar! I love these guys; they're fun and irreverent in some ways, but completely serious about their customer service and product. They keep adding to their platform while adding to their service. Nice. You should know that FreshBooks is not a free service. Yes, you can get a free trial, but then there is a monthly fee. Other music resources are pandora.com and last.fm.that I've found. A great CRM is freecrm.com. And if you're looking at setting up affiliate programs, while e-junkie.com is not free, they will manage your program quite nicely for $5 a month as well as run your shopping cart. Thanks again. We need more articles like this one. "« previous1 next »

Customer focus must be ignored at all cost! – Todd Youngblood's "SPE" Blog
"Excellent point. I can't tell you how many times I've been told the same thing where the rep says they are full service and all they do is refer out. I applied to a credit card provider who said they had cards that would help my business and that they provided service from A-Z. I had to fill out their exhaustive forms only to be told I now qualified to go contact six credit card providers and I'd have to do the application process all over again. What's worse, they wanted $49.99 a month for having done nothing!!!!!! Sure does make me look at what I say I offer. I DO offer A-Z service and I realize now how rare that is. Thank you for your article."
