"I'm actually very good at disciplining myself at work. This is how I do it: 1. I make a list of everything I need to do that day 2. I assign the APPROXIMATE time needed to accomplish each task 3. And then I just work, work, work. There are zero distractions (I work from home), and that helps me, too. It's important to focus on your work and eliminate all distractions you might have. And then every 2-3 hours, take a 5-minute breather to relax. "
