I'm actually very good at disciplining myself at work. This is how I do it: 1. I make a list of everything I need to do that day 2. I assign the APPROXIMATE time needed to accomplish each task 3. And then I just work, work, work. There are zero distractions (I work from home), and that helps me, too. It's important to focus on your work and eliminate all distractions you might have. And then every 2-3 hours, take a 5-minute breather to relax. "
Great tips! I especially like the tip #1 and tip #4. It's important to attend networking events that right for you (your industry). If not, it's a complete waste of your time. And of course, even though these networking events can help you grow your business, you cannot just go there and give your best to sell your products/services. "
This is an important subject for anyone who runs a business and is looking to hire. I'd dare to say that it's even more important for small business owners who generally employ a smaller number of people. Hiring a wrong individual when you only have 4 employees is much more noticeable than having over 100 employees. Thanks for the article!"
