"Hey there, I think countries with creased personality traits might be the biggest challenge. As Portuguese I'll give you an example: it's practically impossible to localize social media campaigns to Brazil from Portugal. The culture is different, the language is the same in theory but I lived there and it's not easy to communicate. I'm guessing the same happens for other countries/cultures. "Actually, no. As we're a very small team (4), I just do everything in English and try not to focus on specific locations. All the product, documentation and blog is in EN. The only thing I do, for the portuguese/spanish speaking, is provide native language support.
