"Hi Heather, Thank you! In case of apps where there are many competitors and they don't really work, well there would be reasons why they don't really work. Most often, it is the execution itself. Execution can be a huge difference. So Google was by its very nature a search engine, like 23 other competitors at that time. Their execution of the search itself was so unique, that that was their differentiator and offered a better solution to the problem."
