There was a very good case in point today where a U.S. based social media 'expert' got outed on his own Twitter account by one of his ghostwriters who he decided to sack. I think if a business doesn't have the time they should focus on other things, social media in my experience is not a great driver of sales in itself, just part of a much bigger picture. "Subscribe
