How to Become a Morning Person
"The morning is a great time to get in the outdoors and do some walking especially if you are 50+. It only takes about 30 minuets and gives us an exercise that provides motion and vitality which is what we all need. If you are not one you can walk any time of the day, but the morning is the best time. That is my opinion.
