I have been interested in philosophy for a long time, so me it is natural to have an integrated approach to body and mind, you personal and professional worklife,.
Have you read Amber Mac's book, Power Friending? She came up with the ABC-rule, with the "A" standing for being authentic online.

Her video is thoughtful about all the facets you have in your personality. If you want to read a story about a great individual, according to my view, read Facets of Ayn Rand by Charles and Mary Ann Sures.

I agree. This is an interesting topic. Thinking about personality and how it relates to business is hugely important and I'm wondering why it isn't talked about more often. Too often you hear the advice to be yourself and be authentic when communicating in your business, but what does this really mean? It unrealistic to suggest that it means just blurting out whatever's on your mind, whether it's appropriate for your brand and customers or not.
