Shannon: Zappos has been an leader in upgrading shipping and rewards during time. Thanks for sharing your example ProFlowers.

When I start my hobby business with exclusive teas, I will reward my customer in different ways, e.g., samples including in the package, handwritten thank-you note, etc.
