Today Customer Service is a dying art for Hotels and the Hospitality Industry. If you are a Hotelie by heart, worked for a Hotel or in the Hospitality Industry you been positioned to believe that customer service is the key to success. Customer Service has been the core of your role as a servant for the Hospitality Industry
Providing support through all types and forms of customer interactions have been critical to helping customers with having an easy and enjoyable experience. The whole notion of having customers to come to a Hotel for the primary purpose of customer service is outdated.

Thanks for your input! It will be fascinating to follow the development of the hospitality industry, with help of social media activities and experience ambassadors.
I am planning to have a fun time in Copenhagen. I will visit Karin Hoegh's podcast studio. I have my personal views of the general beer production from the big breweries, but I have heard an interesting story of the founder of Carlsberg and his interest in beautiful art (romantic realism). It should be an art exhibition nearby the brewery.
Talking about pastries, do you know about hotels, serving Afternoon Tea?
I will listen to your podcast and I would like to talk more about podcasting, in the near future.
All the Best,
Martin

Talking about hotels, I am planning to stay a night at the Square Hotel in Copenhagen, Denmark, in the end of September. Thank you very much for your tip!
Where do you host your hotel podcast, or is it only on YouTube?
All the Best,
Martin

Have fun in Copenhagen. The pastries there are just really awesome. And of course, if you get time to take a visit to Carlsberg breweries do it!
Yes, the podcast we have is currently hosted on YouTube. Just search #HotelPodcast. Or they are also listed here: https://aremorch.com/hotel-podcast/
Cheers.. Are
