I don't know if it's possible to put things more clearly. We hear about these principles often but I think looking at the statistics is a wake up call. This isn't opinion about what makes good customer service alone. There are some fairly compelling numbers to back it up.

We don't do justice with our business, with what we do and than we expect it to grow... I believe business of any kind (tangible/intangible) demands same level of zeal, interest, focus that of a lover, a real enthusiast, real passion than only than can we expect it to grow, to expand, to deliver.
