According to a recent report by McKinsey, high-skill knowledge workers spend more than one fourth of their time managing e-mails, every single week. Emails not only take up your time but indirectly can cost your company millions. A pediatrician from the Penn State College of Medicine has found out that in a year, emails cost the college $1 million worth of time lost, considering that it takes 30 seconds to read a mail.
