Many small business owners don't offer retirement plans, wary of the costs. But they can be worthwhile investments that help attract and retain employees, while offering tax benefits for companies.

Fees have come down in recent years, the result of increased competition among retirement plan management companies. Business owners should also keep in mind that all company expenses related to the plan, including employer contributions, are tax deductible.

It's a fact that some business owners do not consider their employees as one of their assets and it turns out bad. They started losing their trusted and good employees because of the lack of benefits. Hopefully, this post can be read by business owners out there to help them boost their business through this strategy.

I think this would get more votes if it was renamed "Retirement plans for small business employees."
