Adam - good approach towards educating interested persons on franchising. Depending on your target audience however, US terms should be updated to reflect current franchisor licensing requirements. You infer but do not state that certain States within the US have additional franchisor licensing requirements to often complement Financial Disclosure Document (FDD) that the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) requires.
