Younger employees have grown up with instant access to everything. They're more likely to work outside "office hours" versus older employees. How can you bridge the gap between Millennials and "older" workers?

Thanks for your input! Shouldn't be up to the leaders and the managers of the company to tell the employees (including "noobies") that there is an on/off button on their smartphones and other mobile devices? ;)

Could this be due to that the younger employees are intimidated by the seniority by the older co-workers?

I'm sure some younger employees want to prove their worth and show their work ethic by putting in longer hours than "older" employees. Some could be intimidated, but I believe it's just that mobile technology has blended the line between work and non-work time.
