I'm sure everyone has met people who are challenging to get on with. In this situation I personally choose where I place my attention, focus and energy. I actively make choices about who I work with and spend my leisure time with. This helps me minimise the impact of difficult relationships and leave my attention free to focus on those who energise and inspire me.
