A new survey by the Society for Human Resource Management and Cornell University found that 73 percent of human resource managers agree with the statement “Hiring veterans with disabilities will benefit [my] organization.” Indeed, hiring military veterans—whether service-disabled or not—brings many benefits to any small business.
