Stress is a very common problem; especially in these difficult times.
You cannot get away from stress; big trouble is built into the system. So you should learn to manage your stress: you should learn to make it work for you.
Stress CAN be good, if it is well managed: stress can make you better, wiser and stronger.
The same stress can be bad for you: if it is poorly managed: it can make you weaker, overwhelmed and feeling sick.
So you should learn how to make stress make you feel stronger.
